REGISTRATION FOR ZFEST 2012 IS OPEN!.



2012 Registration Fee's

$130 for Per Car

$40 per person for Buffet on Friday

$40 per person for Dinner on Saturday

ZSSCA Member Discount $30 will be deducted

Plus the chance to win free Accommodation at the Host Hotel !!

Raffle tickets are being offered for sale - $10 for 1, $20 for 3 and $50 for 10



Cancellations/Refunds:

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to:

ZSCCA Treasurer

Refunds will be made as follows:

  • Written cancellations received prior to June 30, 2012 will receive a refund of 95% of the total fees paid.
  • Written cancellations received July 1, 2012 to July 31, 2012 will receive a refund of 60% of the total fees paid.
  • No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2012
  • Registration transfers are allowed, Contact ZFest Team to arrange.

 19 States are represented at ZFest 2012, so far! With South Carolina leading the way with the most ZFest Registrations.

During registration you will be able to select particular activities that will be on offer.

Some of these activities will be free and others will have a cost associated.
